主祀觀世音菩薩，配祀道教雷部劉元帥，為村民主要信仰中心。 創立於西元1810年，至今已超過二百年歷史，相傳新街陳氏祖先派下第三房陳如意於嘉慶15年(1810)遷移埔墘，因侍奉家鄉之觀音佛祖與劉將軍元帥，從此流傳下來，後來埔墘村民陳朝金捐廟地130坪，本宮發起人陳朝號乃於民國64年3月12日破土開工建廟，於民國65年12月6日竣工。 The main worship of Guanshiyin Bodhisattva, accompanied by Marshal Liu of Taoism Lei Bu, is the main belief center of the villagers. Founded in 1810, it has a history of more than two hundred years. According to legend, Chen Ruyi sent the third house to the third house of the Chen family in Xinjie. It has been handed down. Later, Chen Chaojin, a villager of Puqiang, donated 130 square meters of land for the temple. The founder of the palace, Chen Chaohao, broke ground on March 12, 1975 to build the temple and was completed on December 6, 1976.
